Implemented Projects
Company partners have experiences to manage local operations, including provision of local experts as well as local operations support and through this capacity coordinate implementation of various development projects together with international consulting companies such as “iC Group” (Austria), ARCADIS (Germany), GOPA Group (Germany), Black & Veatch (US), EPOS Health Consulting (Germany) and funded by the large international donors such as EBRD, World Bank, USAID, KfW, EU, SDC, ADA, Millennium Challenge and others.

Special Experiences in Infrastructure Rehabilitation Projects:
CCG partners with international companies as a local subcontractor, providing social components and design/supervision services for key projects. These include the KfW-funded TB reference lab in Tbilisi, the EBRD/BP-funded Rustavi solid waste project, and the KfW-funded Municipal Development Fund initiative, which built and renovated housing for 500+ IDP families in West Georgia (10M EUR).

CCG’s founders have extensive experience in social infrastructure rehabilitation, having worked as key local experts for GOPA Consultants on KfW’s GSIF I & II projects with the Municipal Development Fund. These programs delivered over 90 economic and social infrastructure rehabilitations, including a special road component, with a total budget of 10M EUR, co-financed by the Government of Georgia.
